Garlic and Paprika Roasted Potatoes


  • 5 Large Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic puree
  • 1/2-1 tbsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Olive oil

Rinse potatoes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Toss in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil to lightly coat the potatoes. Add salt to taste. Add paprika and garlic and thoroughly mix until evenly coated (measurements depend on how strong you want your flavoring). Bake in a convection oven at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. Makes a great side for any bbq main dish. Enjoy!
