Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh garlic puree
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl. Place salmon on a sheet pan. Pour half of the maple mix over salmon fillets. Flip fillets to coat with mixture, season with salt and pepper, and let sit in fridge for 10-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook on the rack closest to the heat source for 8 minutes. Pull the tray out of the oven and glaze with the remaining maple mixture. Cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
